Shipping
We ship with DHL within Germany and to many European countries. In Germany, tobacco and nicotine products are delivered with an age check (18+): the DHL courier hands the parcel only to you in person after checking your ID. Delivery to neighbours or parcel lockers is not possible.

Shipping abroad
Hookahs, charcoal, bowls and accessories are also delivered to other European countries. Tobacco, nicotine and vape products ship within Germany only, because tobacco tax and youth protection rules of the destination country apply.
Click & Collect
Order online and collect free of charge at our store: Bismarckstraße 63, 40210 Düsseldorf, Mon–Sat 12:00–20:00. We email you when your order is ready. Please bring your ID.
Payment
Prepayment by bank transfer / GiroCode
After ordering we show you a GiroCode (EPC QR code) and email you our bank details. Scan the code with your banking app – recipient, IBAN, amount and reference are pre-filled. With an instant transfer the payment arrives within seconds. Please pay within 7 days.
Pay on pickup
With Click & Collect you can also pay in store by cash or debit card (girocard).
Why no PayPal or credit card?
Major payment providers such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Klarna exclude tobacco products in their terms. Bank transfer is safe, free and – thanks to GiroCode and instant transfer – just as fast.
